Online orders placed with The ShopiTown will be delivered by Courier

Even the smallest item will be delivered to your door, so please provide us with a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours. Please note that the Courier will only deliver to a physical address, and no P.O. Box number/addresses. The Courier requires that each and every delivery be signed and endorsed, as proof of delivery.

How long does delivery take?

We ship most giveaway items from one of our warehouse in China and Malaysia, you can expect to receive it in 14 -29 business days if your claimed just for 1 pcs but you can always track your order number on your order page. Please check it within the timeframe.

Otherwise, we noticed some of our customers do not want to wait a long shipping time, so if your order is more than 1 pc/pair of one type of item, we will upgrade the shipping carrier and you can expect to receive it in 12 - 20 business days with tracking ID to track on USPS website.

I've placed an order with multiple item recently, can i combine them into one package? 

To deliver free item we have to use single package for one item from one of our warehouse in China and Malaysia since we don't have all of the items in one place. So we cannot combine multiple items into one package initially.
